Product Creation Flow
- 1. Please contact us by e-mail or phone or fax.
- 2. We will discuss the material, coating, shape, design, and delivery date with you.
- 3. Estimate (tentative estimate): We discuss with the customer the material, coating, shape, pattern (design), and delivery date.
- 4. Contracts are signed after agreeing on the price, delivery date, etc., based on the details of the meeting.
- 5. We will create a design based on the information we have heard at the meeting on the prototype production paper.
- 6. We will create a prototype that reflects the customer’s requirements.
- 7. Estimate (Full Estimate) We will give you another estimate based on the prototype.
- 8. Please pay in advance for all types of custom-made items.
- 9. We will begin production once we have received your payment.
- 10. After inspection of each finished product, we will wrap it and deliver it to you.

However, this is not limited to cases where the work is made from scratch.
Shipping Method
Depending on the size of the item (artwork), we usually ship small items by regular shipping (Yamato).
For larger items such as figurines and ceramics, we will consult with you on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Method
Various types of custom-made products are only available by bank transfer. (Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.)
We do not accept credit card payments.
Points to Consider
Most of our original products are basically handmade, so it takes time to produce them.
In particular, we cannot produce a large quantity of items at one time. When making a request, please contact us well in advance of the delivery date.
Please note that we may not be able to make some products due to their structure, characteristics, or detailed workmanship.
Please note that there may be slight differences in shape and color due to the fact that all items are made by hand.
